Donna has over 27 years of experience in the postal industry specializing in(internal and external) customer service support. As the Senior District Support Customer Sales Coordinator, she implemented programs to drive revenue and helped insure that any new implementations were done smoothly. As the District Sales Support Analyst, Donna utilized the different systems to provide training, technical support and processing procedures to all support personnel and implemented process improvements to increase productivity in the field sales offices. Her attention to detail, enthusiasm and passion for customer service are valuable assets to the Postal Advocate team.
