USPS® Announces Temporary Price Increase

The US Postal Service filed notice to the PRC (Postal Regulatory Commission) on August 14, 2020 of a temporary price increase effective from Oct 18, 2020 – Dec 27, 2020. These increases are directly related to the demand due to the COVID-19 pandemic and expected volumes during the holidays with increase in overall expenses.

Retail prices and international products will not be impacted.

Increases will be seen for commercial domestic competitive parcels – Priority Mail® Express, Priority Mail®, First-Class Package Service, Parcel Select and Parcel Return Service.
